What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

Don’t worry! With Manage Cards in the ProGrowth Bank app, if your card is lost, you can turn off your card temporarily while you look for it. If you don’t have the ProGrowth Bank app or your card is stolen, contact ProGrowth Bank immediately at 1-888-244-3490 or after hours at 1-800-472-3272.

What number do I call to activate my card or change my pin?

If you need to activate your card or change your pin, please call 1-800-992-3808 anytime.

What if I have unauthorized charges on my card?

The Mastercard $0 Liability Limitation1 for unauthorized charges means you don’t have to worry. Contact ProGrowth Bank at 1-888-244-3490 and we will help you through it.

1 Some conditions apply. You have up to a $500 liability if the loss is not reported within 2 days of discovery, or unlimited liability if the unauthorized transaction is not reported within 60 calendar days after the periodic statement that included the unauthorized transaction was sent.
