An accomplished businesswoman and co-owner of ProGrowth Bank, Sue Keithahn is also a leader in the community. Sue actively engages in Gaylord, Nicollet, and the Mankato communities, working to help better the lives of local community members. Sue’s community volunteer efforts are significant and impactful. She has been involved with both business and non-profit organizations in Gaylord, Nicollet and Mankato, including the Greater Nicollet Area Community Foundation, the Mankato YWCA, the Mankato Symphony Orchestra, the Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce and the Nicollet Area Chamber of Commerce.
Sue is a recipient of the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award, the Minneapolis Aquatennial Honorary Commodore Award, and the YWCA Women of Distinction Award, and is a KNUJ Hometown Hero. A mother of two grown children, Sue enjoys playing the piano, singing, and laughing.

Phil Keithahn
In Southern Minnesota, Phil Keithahn is as recognized for his business accomplishments as he is for his volunteer and community efforts. Phil enjoys volunteering as a youth and high school wrestling coach. An Eagle Scout himself, Phil has been a Boy Scout leader for more than 20 years, including serving as troop leader for five World Scout Jamborees. He currently serves on the Twin Valley Council Boy Scouts of America.
Phil is the treasurer and past president of the Gaylord United Church of Christ and is a previous board member of the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ.
He is a graduate of Carleton College, Northfield, MN and the Harvard Business School, and is a recipient of the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award.
