Sue Keithahn

An accomplished businesswoman and co-owner of ProGrowth Bank, Sue Keithahn is also a leader in the community. A resident of Gaylord, MN, Sue’s community volunteer efforts are significant and impactful. Sue has been involved with both business and non-profit organizations in Gaylord, Nicollet and Mankato, including the Greater Nicollet Area Community Foundation, the Mankato YWCA, Gaylord EGGstravaganza, and the Gaylord United Church of Christ. She was instrumental in forming the Gaylord Housing Team and the Gaylord Business Development Team.
 
Sue is a recipient of the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award, the Minneapolis Aquatennial Honorary Commodore Award, and the YWCA Women of Distinction Award. A mother of two grown children Brit, age 34 and Lauren, age 30, Sue enjoys playing the piano, fitness, and shopping.

Phil Keithahn

In Southern Minnesota, Phil Keithahn is as recognized for his business accomplishments as he is for his volunteer and community efforts. Phil enjoys volunteering as a youth and high school wrestling coach. An Eagle Scout himself, Phil has been a Boy Scout leader for more than 20 years, including serving as troop leader for five World Scout Jamborees. He currently serves on the Twin Valley Council Boy Scouts of America. 
 
Phil is the treasurer and past president of the Gaylord United Church of Christ and is a previous board member of the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of Christ.
 
He is a graduate of Carleton College, Northfield, MN and the Harvard Business School, and is a recipient of the Sertoma Service to Mankind Award.
